1. The way in which you make yourself available to attend to any problems or glitches we may encounter from time to time. It is remarkable how fast you attend our offices at the Motel to rectify or change any aspects of our computing system as may be required from time to time.
2. The upgrading, installation or downloading of more advanced systems as suggested by you.

It is a great comfort for me to know that we have your professional assistance to back us up from time to time.

We first met Boz when we started our company back in the year 2000 while he was working for a local computer store.

Boz ventured out on his own and due to the relationship we had with him, it was natural for us to move our IT requirements to his new business.
